Who?
My name is Joshua Acopine. I'm a former chef, restaurant manager, and business owner. I am now a graphic and web designer providing services to individuals and businesses of any size. I offer an array of services around the Chattanooga, TN area and beyond. I’m a dedicated father and husband to my wife Katherine and son Tommy. I provide solutions that help others like me spend more time doing things that are the most important to them.

I provide creative, affordable solutions for businesses of all sizes. As a business owner, I was required to wear many hats. In today’s world, supply chain issues and inflation can cripple small businesses and entrepreneurs. I offer answers to problems that often persist without clear resolution. Some, but not all of the products that I offer are logos, digital and printable assets, websites, e-mail signatures, social media icons and templates as well as business cards and other business design needs. In addition to design, I also offer consulting services regarding the challenges that come with starting and running a business.

Consulting - As a small business owner I can offer counseling and support surrounding the challenges that come with running a business. This includes everything from business creation to everyday operations and procedures like inventory, P & L management, menu writing, social media management, hiring, and investments.
Web design - As a Square Space expert, I can build you a website that attracts your audience and converts. Typically most websites I design take about 7-10 business days to create from consultation to the test stage. I can integrate e-commerce, email collection, blogging, and other features. I will include custom palettes and a proposal outlining my process.

Story
I am a 20-year restaurant professional, small business owner, graphic and web designer. Over the years I have picked up many skills that were necessary in surviving in today's business climate. I've found myself working as an A/V technician, camera and graphics operator, landscaper, and a myriad of other jobs in between different stages of my life. When running restaurants, I had to wear many hats as well. I used to joke with people that I was a pseudo-contractor, as a professional chef but also an amateur plumber, electrician and carpenter. My focus to provide solutions in any setting is what has brought us here today. When I started my condiment business in 2021, I knew I wanted to create a life that reflected my passion but essentially pulled me out of the aspects of the hospitality industry that weren't conducive to the life I wanted for myself and my family.
Fast forward to 2023, my wife and I were blessed with a baby boy. With some shifting, we have since closed that business to focus our efforts on establishing the most balance to nurture our family unit. I've decided to leverage my skills to help people that are in my exact shoes.
As a small business owner, I found that I had to do things on my own. I couldn't afford a social media manager, graphic designer, logo designer, accountant, marketing agency, and all of the professionals that can allow a business owner to do what they do best. In order to be successful, I had to do all of these things on my own. Most of these skills I picked up throughout my illustrious career as a restaurant operator. Others I had to hit the ground running, putting hours into learning new things.
Long story short, I've taken a life of being the jack of all trades and turned it into being a master of some. What gets me out of bed every day is knowing that I'm helping people spend their time how they want. I get the satisfaction of knowing that not only am I doing what I love, but people don't have to have it as hard as I did. In addition to relieving the stress of operating a business, I provide my services at a fraction of going rates. I know that resources I share are worth the time I put into them, but I also know what it's like to have to wait to make your ideas and dreams a reality because of financial barriers. I hope that my sincerity and integrity show through my work and what I stand for. I can't wait to meet you and see how I can help!
